Position Overview:
As a Finance Executive- KYC Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating client investments within the capital market realm. Your responsibilities include meticulously assessing client documentation in adherence to policy guidelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every stage.
You’ll analyze received information, identifying any gaps and determining additional steps necessary for seamless application processing. Your expertise in client data management will be essential in maintaining organized records and facilitating efficient workflows.
Documenting findings comprehensively, you’ll ensure they meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements, ready for audits and quality checks. Your keen eye for detail enables you to swiftly identify missing documents, escalating where necessary to uphold integrity.
Meeting strict timelines and service level agreements is paramount, requiring a balance between efficiency and precision. You’ll proactively identify and implement process efficiencies to enhance overall productivity and client satisfaction.
Maintaining meticulous records and progress reporting are integral aspects of your role, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the investment process.

Education/Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
-Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
Experience:
– Previous Capital Markets/Bank/KYC experience is desirable (Min 6 months)
– Demonstrated experience with typing and word processing (minimum 45 words per minute and high accuracy
