One of the major benefits out outsourcing is you can save infrastructure cost. Our infrastructure is at par with our clients. We use HP, Sony, Dell, Cannon and Lenovo as our computer hardware suppliers and we use best available software's and anti-virus in the market. Our office has a 500 mbps Leased line Internet Bandwidth with contracted 99.99% uptime. We have adequate security measures with RFID access entry into the office; no storage media enabled devices and a semi-paperless environment.
How do I ensure that my data is protected?
We sign strict non-disclosure agreement with the client and a non-disclosure bond with our staff. We know that this is pivotal in reducing outsourcing risks. We have firewalls/VPN (Virtual Private Network) for inbound and outbound security. We have 'anti-virus' software implemented at both server and client level. All our systems and e-mails are password protected. Our cabinets are fire-proof and we use an offsite storage facility to store documents.
